HATCH

Hatch believes that anyone with a dream deserves a future. Disadvantaged youths in Singapore face many employment barriers such as low paper qualifications and a lack of relevant skills. On the other hand, early-stage startups face difficulties finding the right talent and fit. Hatch provides training and job matching to bring deserving youths to high-potential startups.

As a social enterprise, we invest in the unhatched potential of these youths and startups to harness their returns for the collective good.
